The demand for his leadership skills and ability to improve organizational performance has allowed him to apply and expand his leadership and performance improvement capabilities around the globe.  

Other notable career highlights include being a school principle and college director of education, a project manager responsible for engineering projects and leader of a developmental research and performance improvement teams worldwide.  Throughout his career, he has provided innovative thought leadership solutions to solve performance issues in healthcare, education, military, government, and non-government agencies.  He is a Certified Performance Technologist (CPT) through the International Society for Performance Improvement.

Enderson Miranda, MBA, CPHQ serves as the President and Chief Operating Officer of OnSomble, Inc., providing healthcare organizations with Evidence-Based Virtual Learning Environments and Adaptive Learning Solutions for individual and organizational development.  OnSomble's platforms assist in reducing unwanted variation and improving the efficient allocation of key healthcare resources.  He has over 14 years of cross-functional management, talent development, and leadership experience, which include building and leading several teams and strategic channel partnerships.

Enderson earned his MBA from Vanderbilt University Owen School of Management, where he was inducted into the Beta Gamma Sigma Society (BGS) based on high academic performance.  He is also a member of the Vanderbilt Executive MBA Advisory Board.  He is currently pursuing a MSc and PhD in Evidence-Based Healthcare at the University of Oxford, UK.  Enderson's graduate research includes the analysis of factors that impact the appropriateness of treatment received by oncology patients near end-of-life.  

He is an active member of several professional organizations including the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE), the National Association for Healthcare Quality (NAHQ), the American Society for Quality (ASQ), the International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI), and the Oxford Entrepreneurs Society.
