Dr. Diana Carl, of Diana R Carl LLC, has worked and published in human performance technology for 40 years since completing her doctorate at Indiana University. Her experience spans government, private enterprise, foreign government agencies, and academic institutions. She has been responsible for the introduction of technology-based systems domestically and internationally including satellite-based videoconference systems for post-secondary and continuing education, the first USPS learning management system, and the evaluation of technologies to support U.S. Coast Guard personnel. She planned and led the U.S. Department of Transportation pilot for mobile learning and performance support. Her juried publications cover evaluation of technology-based adult learning and the impacts of technology-based interventions on corporations and academic institutions.
